Purpose-Built Performance

At its core is a supercharged inline four-cylinder engine developed by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, delivering ferocious, immediate thrust across the rev range. The H2R’s forced-induction design maximizes power while maintaining precise throttle response, giving riders the kind of drive out of corners and top-end acceleration that defines closed-course supremacy.

Chassis and Aerodynamics

A high-tensile trellis frame provides the rigidity and feedback needed for high-speed stability, complemented by a single-sided swingarm for precise rear-wheel control and quick wheel changes. Carbon-fiber winglets and an aerodynamically sculpted cowl generate downforce for stability under hard acceleration and at extreme velocities. Premium suspension hardware is tuned for track smoothness, braking zones, and rapid direction changes, delivering predictable support through long, high-load corners.

Braking and Electronics

The Ninja H2R ABS employs Kawasaki’s intelligent anti-lock braking system for consistent, repeatable braking performance in a wide range of track conditions. High-spec Brembo components provide powerful, fade-resistant stopping with excellent lever feel. An IMU-based electronics suite enhances rider control through multi-level traction management, launch assistance, quick shifting, and engine-brake tuning, allowing experienced riders to tailor responses for specific circuits and conditions.
