1. Important Notice Regarding Vehicle Sales

Please Read This Section Carefully Before Making Your Purchase.

Motorcycles sold by Green Bike Sale are brand new, zero-mile vehicles accompanied by a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) . Unlike general consumer goods purchased online, new motor vehicles are subject to specific federal and state regulations regarding titling, registration, and warranty activation.

Key Policy Statement:
Once a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) is issued in your name, the motorcycle is legally considered a “used” or “pre-owned” vehicle, regardless of whether it has accumulated any mileage. As a result, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect model selection.

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

  • Research the motorcycle model thoroughly before purchasing

  • Visit a local dealership to sit on and inspect the same Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, BMW, KTM, Ducati, Triumph, Royal Enfield, or Harley-Davidson model in person

  • Contact our sales team with any questions about seat height, performance, or fitment

  • Verify local registration and insurance requirements before completing your order

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of your order. The following table outlines our cancellation terms:

Explanation of Restocking Fee

The 15% restocking fee covers:

  • MSO Re-Issuance: Once an MSO is generated in your name, it must be voided and a new MSO requested from the manufacturer

  • Administrative Labor: Processing cancellation paperwork, voiding warranty registrations, and updating inventory systems

  • Payment Processing Fees: Non-recoverable merchant fees incurred during the original transaction

  • Opportunity Cost: The motorcycle was removed from available inventory and unavailable for other buyers during the transaction period

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please email [email protected] with:

  1. Your Order ID Number

  2. Your Full Name

  3. The VIN of the motorcycle (if assigned)

  4. Reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for our process improvement)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellation requests made over the phone will not be processed until confirmed via email.

3. Return Policy

General Rule: All Sales Are Final

Green Bike Sale does not accept returns of any motorcycle under any circumstances once the MSO has been issued. This policy is consistent with the vast majority of powersports dealers and is dictated by the legal reality that a titled vehicle cannot be resold as “new” once ownership has transferred.

Exceptions to the Final Sale Rule

The only circumstance under which a return or refund may be considered is:

What Is NOT Considered a Valid Return Reason

The following circumstances do not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: You decided you wanted a different model or color

  • Financial Circumstances: You can no longer afford the motorcycle or financing fell through

  • Spousal Disapproval: Your partner or family member objects to the purchase

  • Fitment Issues: The motorcycle is too tall, too heavy, or uncomfortable for your physical stature

  • Registration Difficulty: You are unable to register the motorcycle due to your state’s specific requirements (unless we explicitly guaranteed registration eligibility in writing)

  • Shipping Delays: Freight transit time exceeded estimates (carrier delays are outside our control)

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser named on the order

  • Refunds will be sent only to the original payment account or verified bank account

  • Wire transfer refunds require completion of a Refund Authorization Form with verified banking details

  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds pending investigation of any suspected fraud or policy violation

5. Damaged or Defective Motorcycles

Freight Damage During Transit

Important: If you sign the delivery receipt “Clear” or “Free of Damage,” you waive your right to file a freight damage claim. Green Bike Sale will advocate on your behalf with the carrier, but the claim is between you and the freight company.

Mechanical Defects After Delivery

New motorcycles are covered by the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you discover a mechanical issue:

  1. Contact your local authorized dealer for the brand (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, KTM, Ducati, Triumph, Royal Enfield, or Harley-Davidson)

  2. The dealer will diagnose the issue and perform warranty-covered repairs at no cost to you

  3. If the dealer determines the issue is not covered under warranty, you are responsible for repair costs

Green Bike Sale does not perform warranty repairs and does not reimburse for repairs performed by third parties.

6. Chargeback Policy

We take payment disputes seriously. By placing an order with Green Bike Sale, you agree to the following chargeback policy:

7. International Buyer Considerations

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that specific transaction.

11. Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with Green Bike Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I have read and understand the Refund & Returns Policy

  • I understand that all sales are final once the MSO is issued

  • I understand that I cannot return the motorcycle for change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • I understand that the 15% restocking fee applies to eligible cancellations

  • I understand that I am responsible for inspecting the crate upon delivery and noting any damage on the Bill of Lading
