I just bought a bike. When will I get my tracking number?
Congratulations on the new ride! You will receive an email from team@greenbikesale.com with your PRO (Progressive Routing Order) number within 1 business day of final payment clearing. This allows you to track your Kawasaki, Honda, Triumph, or Yamaha from our hub to your door.
Can I come see the motorcycle in person before I buy it?
We operate on a Direct-to-Consumer Logistics Model. We do not have a public showroom. This is exactly why our prices on Kawasaki, BMW, Ducati, and KTM models are thousands below retail. We offer a comprehensive 7-Day Mechanical Guarantee from the date of delivery for your peace of mind.
I'm having trouble with registration at my local DMV.
First, take a breath—DMV visits are a rite of passage. Check that you have three items:
1) The Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO),
2) The Bill of Sale, and
3) Proof of Insurance. If the clerk is unfamiliar with out-of-state MSOs, ask to speak with a supervisor.
If you’re still stuck, call us from the DMV parking lot and we’ll conference in.
