Overview

The 2025 NINJA H2® CARBON ABS is a street‑legal, supercharged hypersport motorcycle built around Kawasaki’s in‑house forced‑induction engineering and a distinctive carbon‑fiber upper cowl. It combines high output with precise chassis control, advanced electronics, and premium materials to deliver controlled acceleration and stable handling on road or track.

Performance and Engineering

At its core is a supercharged inline four-cylinder engine developed by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, designed to deliver strong, linear thrust from the midrange through peak rpm. The compact, high‑efficiency supercharger works with optimized intake and exhaust flow to provide immediate response without sacrificing top‑end power. Power delivery is managed through selectable riding and power modes, allowing the rider to tailor output to conditions.

Chassis and Braking

A steel trellis frame balances torsional rigidity with tuned flex for feedback at high speed, while a single‑sided swingarm simplifies rear wheel service and showcases the rear wheel design. Fully adjustable sport suspension supports precise setup for street or circuit. High‑spec radial‑mount front calipers and large front discs work with an advanced ABS system to maintain braking stability, including in lean, through Kawasaki’s intelligent braking and cornering management.

Aerodynamics and Design

The Carbon designation highlights a carbon‑fiber upper cowl that reduces mass high on the bike and contributes to front‑end stability. Aerodynamic bodywork, integrated air channels, and a prominent intake support cooling and supercharger efficiency. Fit and finish emphasize durability and function, with LED lighting for visibility and a focused cockpit layout.

Electronics and Rider Aids

An inertial measurement unit (IMU) informs cornering management systems that coordinate traction control, ABS, and power delivery. Features typically include multi‑level traction control, launch control, a bi‑directional quick shifter, and engine brake management to help the rider maintain stability during aggressive riding and variable conditions. A color display and intuitive switchgear provide clear access to settings and ride data.

Ergonomics and Use

Clip‑on handlebars, rearset footpegs, and a supportive seat establish an aggressive, purposeful riding position suitable for high‑speed stability and track sessions, while remaining manageable for experienced riders on the street. The braking, suspension, and electronics suite are configured to reward precise inputs and consistent riding technique.
