A liquid-cooled, 64cc two-stroke single with reed-valve induction delivers crisp, predictable power that’s easy to manage yet quick to reward precise throttle control. The six-speed, close-ratio transmission and manual multi-plate clutch teach proper gear selection and clutch modulation while keeping the engine in the powerband. Lightweight construction helps the KX65 accelerate quickly and change direction with minimal effort, supporting smooth corner exits and confident starts.

A robust steel frame provides the planted feel young riders need on rough tracks. Suspension is purpose-built for motocross, with a conventional telescopic front fork and Uni-Trak rear shock designed to absorb braking bumps, ruts, and jump landings. The 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheel combination strikes the right balance of agility and stability for developing riders.
